The Role
Responsible for a portfolio of clients supporting Account Directors in retaining and servicing clients and with prospects. You will support and develop client and WTW relationships and grow portfolio within the business unit. As part of the team you will:
- ensure adherence to all work practices such as Client Excellence Model (CEM) Contract Builder Fair Market Appraisal Document Management System and the like.
- key operational metrics such as Business Quality Management (BQM).
- completion of all compulsory training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
