The Role:
This pivotal leadership position will see you working collaboratively with the Director of Residential Care and Clinical Governance to develop and implement the organisational strategic plan relevant to the Clinical Governance portfolio. The key to your success will be your proficiency in planning and facilitating clinical education to exceed the expectations of ACQSC; to ensure IPC management is compliant and reflects best practice; your ability to plan and action improvements; implementation of vaccination programs and Clinical systems enhancements; and supportive and collaborative provision of stakeholder feedback. About you:
You will have previous managerial experience with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment. You will demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills and have a true passion for supporting a culture of continuous quality improvement education safeguarding and compliance.
