Location: Northern Adelaide Plains Salisbury Region (SA)
Salary Package: $70k$80k Base Shift Loading Super OT ($100k Package)

Role Overview
Night Shift: SundayThursday 10pm6am
Reporting to a supportive & experienced Production Manager you will enjoy full training on the day shift initially for up to 3 months before moving across to the night shift where you will be responsible for:
Motivating and empowering your team of up to 30 staff to ensure efficient production and meeting deadlines.
Planning and scheduling production tasks keeping your team informed and organized.
Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment adhering to strict GMP safety standards and best practices.
Jumping in and helping your team when needed demonstrating strong handson skills.
Building strong relationships with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth operation.
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced production team leader supervisor or operator ready to take the next step in your career.
You have experience in FMCG and understand the fastpaced nature and importance of quality and safety when working with food products.
