House Manager Buffalo NY (Back on the market)

We are seeking an exceptional House Manager to oversee the operations maintenance and domestic staff of a primary residence for a dynamic family based in Buffalo. The House Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless household operations through excellent organization flexibility and proactive decisionmaking. This position demands a leader with strong staff management skills common sense and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver bestinclass client service to ensure the familys needs are met flawlessly.
Schedule and oversee all general maintenance repairs and property improvements.
Staff management
Vendor Management
Ensure household supplies are stocked replenished and organized.
Oversee the care and maintenance of the familys vehicles.
Create and manage a process for receiving unpacking and organizing home deliveries.
Perform errands and daily tasks as needed.
Ability to work weekends evenings and holidays with advance notice.
Implement and maintain household inventory systems.
Maintain digital records for all staff household systems and vendors.
Other requests as needed.
Requirements and Preferred Qualification
Experience: 5 years of house management experience.
***Hotel and estate exp. preferred ** combination
Skills:
o Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
o Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
o Exceptional organizational skills.
o Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
o Ability to anticipate needs
High level of professionalism discretion and confidentiality.
Attention to detail
Strong follow through and follow up
Must have longevity in prior roles as EM no job jumping.
Salary Range $125k$150k BOE
