Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivatedEntryLevel Brake Press Operatorto join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for operating a brake press machine to shape and form metal parts according to specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in manufacturing as full training will be provided.
Job Summary:
- Set up and operate brake press machinery to bend and form metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and work orders to determine job requirements.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure precision and quality of parts.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work closely with senior operators and supervisors to learn the ropes and improve skills.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation or interest in learning.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and technical specifications (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and follow safety guidelines.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus but not required.
Additional Job Information:
- Wage Expectations: $19.00 to $28.00 per hour
- Pay: This is a nonexempt hourly position and employees are paid on a biweekly basis
- Typical Schedule: Three 12hour days MF Employee would be paid 40 hours but work 36 hours
- Location: On Site 52182 Ember Road Lake Crystal MN 56055
- Travel: Very minimal to none
