Job Description

MicroHealth LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our government client onsite in Bethesda MD. This position plays a critical role in facilitating daytoday operations ensuring efficient communication and managing highlevel administrative tasks that support the client mission and leadership

**This is an onsite Position reporting to Silver Spring MD
**Must be eligible to obtain Public Trust Clearance

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8 hours per day between 7:00 AM 5:00 PM. Some flexibility may be required for meetings or project deadlines


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the National Institutes of Health
  • Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events
  • Prepare Word Excel PowerPoint presentations agendas reports special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for the Office of the Chief Operating Officer. Prepare expense reports.
  • Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring nonroutine calls to the appropriate staff
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a highpaced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives
  • Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements meetings and organizations for the COO
  • Manage the Chief Operating Officers contacts
  • Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks
  • Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls
  • Welcome the Chief Operating Officers guests by greeting them in person or on the phone; answering or directing inquiries
  • Use discretion confidentiality and good judgment to handle confidential matters
  • Conserve the Chief Operating Officers time by reading researching collecting and analyzing information as needed in advance
  • Complete ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Organize complex calendars and schedules; resolving any scheduling issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting seniorlevel executives preferably in a federal or healthcare environment
  • Proven track record of supporting senior leadership including highranking military and government officials
  • Proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fastpaced highdemand environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supporting senior military or government leadership
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to prioritize and make sound decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
  • High sense of urgency and proactive problemsolving abilities
Salary:
  • $120000 $130000


Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee may lift or move objects up to 5 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
