  • Assist clients in buying selling and renting residential and commercial properties
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
  • Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
  • Stay updated on current real estate market trends and changes in local regulations
  • Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants
  • Show properties to interested buyers or tenants
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws regulations and Fair Housing guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with clients colleagues and other stakeholders involved in the transaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build longterm relationships with clients

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Florida
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law property management and fair housing regulations
  • Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of success
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for clients
