We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead all aspects of financial strategy operations and performance. This highimpact role will be responsible for transforming our financial infrastructurepeople processes and systemswhile providing critical insight and direction to help guide the company through its next phase of growth.
The CFO will oversee FP&A Accounting Treasury Financial Operations and Tax and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board playing a central role in capital planning M&A and operational improvement. This individual will also serve as a key external representative with investors financial partners and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities for Chief Financial Officer:
Qualifications & Experience
DirecttoConsumer Expertise: Deep understanding of D2C economics (LTV CAC MRR) and optimization tactics (lead generation channel strategy). Insurance industry experience is a plus.
Private Equity Experience: Senior leadership experience (preferably as CFO) at a private equitybacked portfolio company with a history of successful exits.
Transformation & CarveOut Experience: Proven ability to lead carveouts or build standalone financial operations in highgrowth environments; handson experience with M&A and change management.
Financial Leadership: At least 15 years in finance leadership roles with increasing responsibility across FP&A accounting and divisional CFO rolesculminating in corporate CFO experience.
Operational & Commercial Orientation: Strong operator mindset with experience aligning finance with broader business strategy and performance improvement.
Technology & Systems Savvy: Experience implementing modern financial systems and scalable processes to support business growth.
Talent Builder: Proven leader and mentor who builds strong teams and drives organizational capability and culture.
HandsOn & Entrepreneurial: Willingness to roll up sleeves solve problems directly and operate with a resultsdriven ownership mindset.
