Responsibilities:
A ServiceNow Director isresponsible for leading sales and delivery of ServiceNow are also responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Sales:Lead presales activities including product demonstrations workshops and presentations
Client management:Manage executive relationships with clients and oversee the development of assigned accounts
Project delivery:Oversee the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects
Business development:Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities
Strategy:Develop a roadmap and build capabilities to promote an outstanding customer experience
Platform knowledge:Stay uptodate with the latest trends and developments in the ServiceNow ecosystem
