Job Description
Purpose Of The Job:
Our Client requires an experienced and knowledgeable Dealer Principal to join their Team!
- Manage the complete dealership including sales of parts and service departments
- Develop align and implement sound business strategies to achieve dealership goals
- Measure the delivers of operational plans identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure business retention while driving the expansion of new business opportunities
- Manage budgets to align with operational plans and monitor performance and report on variances
- Drive sales targets customer satisfaction and overall dealership profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients suppliers and industry stakeholders
- Lead coach and develop the team to ensure high performance and excellent service delivery
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Senior Management
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the motor industry specifically car dealerships
- Extensive knowledge and strong background of passenger vehicles
- Presentable salesoriented trustworthy and skilled in building lasting relationships
- Well connected within the motor industry
- Proficient in dealership management software (Evolve)
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and advanced MS Excel skills
- National Senior Certificate
- Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!
