The Role

This role will see you delivering high quality tenancy and property management for Community Housing Limited. You will be responsible for property inspections allocations of vacant properties rental collection and chasing arrears conducting condition reports coordinating lease and rent reviews and carrying out exit procedures.
As a Housing Officer you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including government departments the Asset Management Unit clients and relevant support agencies. There may be times where you will be required to represent Community Housing Limited at NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal Hearings.
You will be responsible for performing administrative tasks including reporting addressing complaints adhering to compliance requirements and maintaining accurate property and tenancy data in all required systems.
This is a permanent fulltime role based at the CHL Port Macquarie office.
