Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated EOS Operating System Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and facilitating the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) within our organization. This role involves teaching coaching and guiding our leadership team to ensure effective use of EOS tools and principles. The facilitator must have worked with other Managed Services Provider and have a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitation: Lead and facilitate EOS meetings including Level 10 Meetings quarterly and annual planning sessions.
- Teaching: Educate the leadership team on EOS principles and tools ensuring they understand and can apply them effectively.
- Coaching: Provide ongoing coaching and support to the leadership team helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Alignment: Work with the leadership team to align EOS objectives with overall company goals and strategy.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in EOS implementation.

- Proven experience as an EOS Implementer or similar role with MSP s
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and facilitation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in business management or a related field (preferred).
