Job Description
WHAT MAKES OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME DIFFERENT
You will be working with various clients from various industries on many different projects exposing you to much more than most other interns.
You will also be exposed to the latest technologies in the Organisational Psychology profession (e.g. gamified assessments Artificial Intelligencedriven engagement technology digital learning gamified talent management
people data analytics etc.).
Our programme is focused on the following key areas and is fully aligned with HPCSA guidelines:

- Team Engagement and Culture Development
INTERNSHIP DETAILS:
INTAKE: February 2026
- Paid Internship
- Tailored Programme
- Required to come into the Johannesburg office
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1st year Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology completed & registered with the HPCSA as a student or Intern psychologist in 2025
- SA Citizen or relevant work permit
- Must have own vehicle
- Must be computer literate and have worked with Microsoft product suite
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- ABLE TO WORK IN A FASTPACED ENVIRONMENT
Working with many different clients in different industries on a variety of projects will give you broad exposure but you will need to be comfortable to work in a fastpaced environment.
