Initially youll be handson sourcing and activating affiliates influencers and partners while simultaneously building out your dream team. Longterm your goal is to establish and lead a highperforming affiliate department that delivers consistent revenue.

- Build and lead your own team of affiliate managers
- Source and engage new affiliates influencers and traffic partners
- Create a performancedriven salesfirst culture
- Set KPIs and monitor progress continuously optimizing for growth
- Manage budgets and ensure strong ROI from affiliate activities
- Implement smart affiliate compensation and retention strategies
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves
- Report regularly on team performance and key metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience building and managing a successful affiliate team
- 1 years in a role such as Affiliate Manager Influencer Manager or similar B2B/B2C role
- 1 years in a Team Lead position ideally in affiliate marketing sales media buying or lead gen
- Excellent relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills
- A resultsdriven mindset with the ability to lead by example
- Comfortable working independently and within distributed teams
