Customer Support Representative Positions Slovenian Speakers Work in Romania

As a Customer Support Representative (Slovenianspeaking) you will be the first line of contact for our global customers providing professional empathetic and solutionoriented support via phone email and chat. Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Romania Remote

Work model: onsite

Employment type: Fulltime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communication via incoming telephone emails and chat with customers in order to solve their issues or inform them about the features of the products.
  • Customer Order Management.
  • Secure and deepen client retention contribute to excellent customer support.
  • Secure that all complaints are being recognized recorded confirmed and solved effectively.
  • Proactively propose ways to improve the processes.
  • Adhere to given processes and procedures.
  • Update the database of customers and document activities.
  • Reporting the most common issues to the support team for further escalations.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • Native / fluent in Slovenian both verbal and written. Good command in English (minimum B2 level).
      • High school diploma or an equivalent.
      • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
      • High motivation and enthusiastic approach selforganized.
      • Ability to work in a fastpaced organization.
      • Good numerical and reasoning skills.

          OFFER:

          • Possibility to work remotely within Romania after 6 months work from Slovenia for 5/6 months with the Project Managers approval and then return to Romania.
