About the Role:
Our client a leading name in the industrial B2B sector is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth manage key client relationships and lead a highperforming sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the printing packaging or similar industries with strong leadership and business development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand existing client relationships ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead market expansion initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Lead and support the sales team to meet KPIs and revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams including production logistics and finance for seamless order execution.
- Deliver sales performance reports to senior management regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experiencepreferably in printing packaging or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and decisionmaking abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
