Main responsibilities:
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues by providing training and guidance in daily financial tasks and processes.
- Managing daytodayfinancial operations while ensuring compliance with KDN Principles andPolicies.
- Facilitating smoothand timely monthly closing procedures for designated KDN entities.
- Ensuring theaccuracy and completeness of income statements and balance sheets for assignedKDN entities.
- Analyzing AP dataand GL transactions to identify necessary cost accruals.
- Submitting journalentry requests to the GL team for processing.
- Preparing andreconciling intercompany cost allocations and recharges according to ServiceLevel Agreements.
- Generating revenueflash reports across various KDN entities.
- Collaborating withFP&A teams and stakeholders to maintain precise financial records andsupport financial analysis.
- Supportingpreparations for annual audits and budgeting activities.
- Conducting variousaccount reconciliations.
- Performing Actualvs. Budget variance analysis and forecasting for corporate service/centralfunctions.
- Producing regularand adhoc financial analysis and reports.
- Participate in process mapping initiatives and identifying opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/ Masters degree finance or accounting
- 57 years of financial and management accounting experience
- Fluency in English written and verbal
- Advanced Excel skills
- CPA certificate is an advantage
- Selfmotivated and proven ability to manage to deadlines
- Previous team coordinator experience is an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
- Manages conflicting demands and priorities
- Understanding the businesses current needs and future aspirations
- Identifies lessons learned from challenging incidents
