Were seeking an experienced Operations Director to join a fantastic brand in the leisure industry. Already wellestablished in this space this fastpaced brand is growing quickly and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role within this. This is a handson highimpact opportunity and we are looking to speak to candidates that have proven success at this level within a multisite leisure hospitality or similar lifestyle brand.
About the Role
As Operations Director youll lead the daytoday running of the business working across all functions including health & safety HR finance facilities and team leadership across this multisite leisure operator.
Some of the Key Responsibilities of this exciting role:
- Oversee and optimise all operational processes ensuring smooth daytoday functioning across sites and teams
- Lead and support business areas including compliance safety staffing scheduling financial reporting and general HR
- Collaborate with team leads to solve operational challenges streamline workflows and maintain a high standard of delivery
- Manage relationships with vendors partners and contractors
About you:
- Proven experience in a senior operations role ideally across diverse functions within multisite hospitality leisure or lifestyle business is a must!
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into all levels of the business
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of operational compliance risk and people management
- Financial literacy and experience overseeing budgets and cost controls
- A selfstarter who thrives in fastpaced evolving environments
