What will you do
- Be the first point of contact for our customers via phone email and chat;
- Guide customers through the product and ordering journey with clarity and care;
- Proactively look for solutions and go the extra mile to WOW every customer;
- Practice our most important value: Think like a customer;
- Take ownership of your growth and contribute to our teams improvement.
Job requirements:
What are we looking for
- Professional level: of Dutch and English If you are fluent in at least 1 of the other following languages: French Spanish Italian German (both written and spoken) This will be a huge plus! but not needed.
- AI Mindset: Curious and proactive about using technology to streamline tasks and improve CX;
- Proactive & Ownershipdriven: You dont wait to be told you take initiative and challenge the status quo;
- Open to feedback: You seek it apply it and use it to raise the bar for yourself and the team;
- A passion for helping customers and a motivation to make a real impact;
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent thinking level;
- Strong communication skills and a customercentric attitude;
- Willingness to relocate or already Valencia based.
- Bonus: Experience in customer service hospitality or with tools like Adobe InDesign.
