(Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Own Paid Search and Google Shopping: Lead execution and optimization of campaigns in Google Ads and Merchant Center with mastery of PMAX Smart Bidding feed optimization and keyword strategy
• Strategy Development: Proactively develop create and implement multichannel campaigns and new projects to drive profitable growth and new customer acquisition
• Performance Analysis: Continuously optimize performance marketing campaigns to improve key KPIs such as ROAS POAS and CAC. Plan and execute regular datadriven experiments both creative and strategic to uncover actionable insights and drive continuous performance improvements
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with your Marketing peers (e.g. SEO and Marketing Managers) as well as with teams from Product BI and MarTech to drive success for both your team and the company in areas such as tracking attribution and automation
• Reporting: Present campaign results insights and strategic recommendations to your Team Lead Clevel stakeholders and crossfunctional Marketing teams

Your profile

• Marketing Experience: Several years in Performance Marketing with expertise in eCommerce fashion or similar. Experience working with Partner Account Managers and Agencies
• Platform Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in managing campaigns across key platforms including Google Ads Merchant Center Bing Meta TikTok and YouTube. Expertise in Awin is highly advantageous
• Google Mastery: 35 years managing Google Ads campaigns with deep handson experience in PMAX Shopping and Search. Google Ads Certification (Search Display Video Shopping) is a plus
• DataDriven Insight: Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics Looker Tableau and performance metrics to drive informed impactful decisions
• Optimization Expertise: Indepth knowledge of tracking attribution and A/B testing methodologies to drive continuous performance optimization
• Communication Skills: You communicate clearly and confidently across teams. Fluency in English is required; German skills are a strong plus
