Our client is a leading financial services company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Digital Business Development for Trade and Investment Services
Design and execute strategies for digital customer acquisition activation and retention focusing on highimpact leads across different customer segments.
Lead the development and rollout of new digital business initiatives to drive growth.
Contribute to the creation of customer education programs digital/social marketing campaigns and product advisory functions to enhance digital sales performance.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to continuously enhance products processes and platforms to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs and develop effective strategies and solutions.
Take ownership of the digital business units financial performance including profit and loss management.
Digital Ecosystem Expansion
Build and expand the digital ecosystem through strategic partnerships particularly with players in sectors like ecommerce.
Cultivate and maintain strong longterm relationships with key partners to support mutual business goals.
Team Leadership and Development
Recruit train and build a highperforming digital business team.
Foster a culture of innovation learning and continuous improvement within the unit.
Educational Background:
Bachelor s degree or higher in Economics Finance Banking or a related discipline.
Proficient in English across all four skills with certification equivalent to IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 7.0 / TOEIC 850.
Professional Experience:
A clear career trajectory with at least 7 years of experience in relevant sectors such as digital banking ecommerce or fintech.
A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing a team of at least 5 members.
Prior experience working in banking or financial services is considered a plus.
Technical and Functional Skills:
Knowledge of digital marketplace operations and strategies.
Proficiency in digital business analysis.
Handson experience in digital design and managing digital projects.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
Understanding of ecommerce and internetdriven business models.
Core Competencies:
Indepth knowledge of digital operations digital banking online sales and marketing particularly within the financial services sector.
Skilled in developing financial and business models conducting data analytics managing pricing strategies and generating business performance reports.
Strong strategic mindset combined with creative problemsolving abilities.
Effective presentation and analytical skills.
Demonstrated leadership capability with excellent interpersonal and team development skills.
