Job Description
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprisegrade cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards best practices and governance for Azurebased platforms.
- Collaborate with Development Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams to ensure secure scalable and costeffective cloud implementations.
- Conduct architectural reviews and design sessions to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Create detailed documentation and present design solutions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Spearhead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies and tools.
- Manage enterprisewide cloud strategy and roadmap discussions ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the development and automation of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Mentor crossfunctional teams on Azure cloud patterns and infrastructureascode practices.
- 5 8 years of experience designing and implementing enterprisegrade solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of cloudnative architecture hybrid cloud strategies and InfrastructureasCode (IaC).
- Deep technical expertise in Azure services: Compute Networking Storage Databases and Identity.
- Proficient in Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Azure Policy Azure Monitor and Microsoft Defender for Cloud (formerly Azure Security Center).
- Handson experience with Azure SQL Managed Instance and other Azure database services.
- Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) containerization (Docker Helm) and microservices design.
- Proven ability to lead cloud strategy and technical roadmap discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
- Indepth knowledge of cloud governance cost management and security best practices.
- Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Skilled in scripting and automation using PowerShell Bicep and Terraform.
- Strong knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture RBAC Azure Active Directory and compliance standards such as ISO SOC 2 NIST.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Experience collaborating in crossfunctional teams including developers infrastructure security and business stakeholders.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
- Additional Azure or security certifications are a plus.
cloud-native architecture, Azure Compute, Networking, Storage, Database,Azure Resource Manager, Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, and Azure Security Center,Azure SQL ,(Docker, Helm, etc.),Zero Trust Architecture, RBAC, Azure AD,(e.g., ISO, SOC 2, NIST), Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert and/or Cybersecurity Architect Expert highly desired.
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
