Job Description
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer incoming calls and manage appointmentrelated communications
- Update patient information accurately
- Keep the front desk and waiting area tidy and welcoming
- Encourage and collect positive patient reviews
- Educate patients on hereditary cancer genetic testing both in person and by phone
- Explain testing benefits insurance coverage costs and facilitate oral swab collection
- Handle patient followups and provide support throughout the testing process
- Document all interactions and collaborate with genetic testing partners
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or front desk experience
- At least 1 year of sales or coldcalling experience
- Clear confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to simplify and explain healthcarerelated information
- Comfortable with outreach and patient followup
- Interest in personalized medicine or genetic testing is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Highly organized and selfmotivated
