Job Description
Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 5 years of experience as an Ammonia Service Technician
-
Proficient in:
-
Replacing mechanical seals on pumps and compressors
-
Performing motor alignments
-
Diagnosing and working with electrical systems and controls
-
Troubleshooting and servicing multiple brands of equipment and control systems
-
Understanding industriallevel ammonia refrigeration systems (not residential or commercialonly experience)
-

Capable of:
-
Working independently in client facilities
-
Troubleshooting and repairing equipment when operators cannot
-
Performing startups of ammonia refrigeration systems
-
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
-
Experienced in both commercial and industrial refrigeration
-
Selfmotivated handson and a selfstarter
-
Wellorganized and detailoriented
-
Comfortable with travel and participating in an oncall rotation
-
Must have a clean driving record
