Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials inprocess components and finished products.
- Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other precision measuring tools such as micrometers to evaluate product specifications.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
- Assist in the fabrication process by providing feedback on quality issues and potential improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall product quality.

Requirements
Skills
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices including QA/QC methodologies.
- Proficiency in conducting quality audits and inspections using various measurement tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and requirements for quality management systems.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills with attention to detail in reporting findings.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being selfmotivated.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on identifying causes of quality issues.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written for reporting inspection results clearly.
