Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and verifying quantity takeoffs from drawings and site measurements.
Monitor and track material usage and wastage on site to control project costs.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on quantities executed and materials used.
Collaborate with the project and site teams to ensure accurate recording of quantities.
Maintain detailed records of work progress and materials delivered.
Support in verifying subcontractor claims and bills related to quantities.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
Identify and report discrepancies between actual site work and drawings or specifications.
Assist the Quantity Surveyor in cost control and billing processes.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on site.
Essential Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in quantity supervision or measurement in construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and measurement techniques.
Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity measurement software (if applicable).
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fastpaced environment.
