Job Description

  • Apply indepth knowledge of food ingredients to support product development and business development initiatives

  • Provide technical guidance to customers in selecting suitable ingredient solutions and close deals effectively.

  • Identify and evaluate emerging trends application opportunities and innovations in the food and beverage industry to support strategic market development.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including R&D Technical Regulatory and Supply Chain to ensure timely and accurate delivery of ingredient solutions that meet customer specifications and compliance standards.

  • Maintain strong professional relationships with key customers providing consultative support on formulation challenges product improvements and ingredient functionality.

  • Respond to technical inquiries and manage productrelated complaints with a focus on rootcause analysis and continuous improvement.

  • Support demand planning and inventory alignment by providing market intelligence and customer feedback on product usage seasonal trends and development pipelines.

  • Conduct market visits and participate in industry events to stay informed about competitor activities and customer needs ensuring that the company remains a relevant and trusted ingredient partner.

  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting and communicating insights on ingredient performance application results and regulatory updates.

  • Assist in the introduction of new ingredients or product lines to targeted markets ensuring appropriate technical support and education is provided to customers and distributors.

  • Perform additional tasks and initiatives as directed by leadership to support company objectives and customer success.



Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in the food ingredient or food service industry with a strong understanding of product applications and market dynamics.

  • Fresh graduates from food science nutrition or relevant background with willingness to learn and passion to make a positive impact in food manufacturing processes and food service industry are welcomed to apply!

  • Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and a proven track record of achieving commercial targets or contributing to customer growth.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage both technical and procurement stakeholders effectively.

  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel for client visits and industry events only when required.
