Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Software Development Engineer (SDE) with 45 years of experience who will work along with Genworx team. This role involves contributing to the development of cuttingedge generative AI applications and systems integrating advanced machine learning models and ensuring high standards in design implementation and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Problem Solving and Design:
Propose and implement scalable efficient solutions tailored to realworld use cases
2. Software Development:
Develop both frontend and backend components (full stack) for generative AI applications.
Debug and resolve systemic issues in a timely manner.
3. Generative AI Development:
Integrate pretrained models including large language models (LLMs).
Optimize AI solutions for performance scalability and reliability.
Leverage generative AI frameworks and technologies
4. CI/CD and DevOps Practices:
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment of AIdriven applications.
Implement DevOps best practices to ensure efficient and secure operations.
5. Operational Excellence:
Maintain high standards of performance security and scalability in design and implementation.
Document technical workflows and ensure adherence to operational guidelines.
6. Team Collaboration and Mentorship:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers ML engineers and designers to deliver highquality solutions.
Participate in code reviews brainstorming sessions and team discussions.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML CSS JavaScript (React Angular or ).
Proficiency in backend technologies: Python or Java.
Strong understanding of databases: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
Handson experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI/CD CircleCI).
Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Hugging Face.
Attributes:
Strong problemsolving and system design skills.
Ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
Cloud / Infrastructure:
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform CloudFormation).
