Role: As the Human Resources Manager you will be the sole HR owner across our organization managing the full spectrum of HR operations and playing a critical role in shaping our people strategy. This is a hightrust highautonomy role suited for a handson HR professional who thrives in fastpaced entrepreneurial environments and is passionate about driving meaningful organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
People Strategy & Culture
Act as a strategic partner to leadership in evolving company culture and employee engagement
Champion our core values across all levels and geographies
Talent Management & Development
Oversee the employee lifecycle onboarding probation confirmation offboarding
Identify learning and development needs and implement growth plans
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and lead response initiatives
HR Operations
Own and streamline all HR processes from offer rollouts to compliance documentation
Maintain HRMS and ensure accurate records for all employees
Ensure alignment of HR practices with business goals and local regulations (India and global)
Employee Relations & Performance
Serve as the goto person for conflict resolution grievance redressal and performance conversations
Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans and development feedback loops
Monitor workplace climate and act swiftly to resolve issues
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations (Shops & Establishments PF ESI etc.)
Draft and maintain company policies handbooks and employment contracts
Serve as the Internal Committee (IC) lead or coordinator to ensure full compliance with the POSH Act including training awareness grievance redressal and annual reporting
Conduct regular audits of HR processes for legal and policy compliance

Handle vendor relationships for insurance wellness and other employee benefits
Requirements
5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources preferably in a technology or consulting setup
Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR Business Administration or related field
Proven track record as a highownership selfdirected HR professional
Deep understanding of HR compliance in the Indian context; global exposure is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience with HR tech tools (Zoho People or similar)
