You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA warm and inclusive special education setting in West London is seeking a proactive and wellorganised Administrative Assistant to join its busy and supportive admin team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys fastpaced peoplefocused work and wants to be part of a purposeful school community that supports children with special educational needs.
This is a termtime only role working 36 hours per week:
Monday Thursday: 8:00am 4:15pm
Friday: 8:00am 4:00pm
Includes a 1hour unpaid lunch break
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a professional and welcoming frontofhouse service
Coordinate staff leave absence records and key HR documentation
Support internal administrative processes across departments
Communicate efficiently with parents staff and external professionals
Learn and use school systems (e.g. MIS attendance finance software)
Help maintain a calm efficient and organised school office
What We re Looking For:
Excellent digital literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office and IT systems
Calm under pressure and composed during busy periods
A team player with a strong work ethic and initiative
High level of organisation attention to detail and professionalism
Previous experience in a school office or similar publicfacing administrative role is desirable
Experience with systems like SIMS or Arbor is a bonus (training available)

Education
Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Business Administration or Customer Service School administration training e.g. training in SIMS, Arbor, or other school MIS platforms First Aid or Safeguarding training especially in education environments Education-based qualifications such as Level 2 Support Work in Schools (if involved with pupil-facing duties)
