EBC is seeking a Site Clerk for our Ladore project in Campbell River to perform various administrative tasks. This position is sitebased at the Ladore Dam approx. 20 mins west of Campbell River.
Requirements
- Daily completion of payroll from site time sheets
- Purchasing materials and supplies as requested by Site Management
- Weekly completion of equipment log
- Handle all administrative responsibilities as assigned
- Daily use of computer software including Outlook Word Excel as well as our Payroll and Purchasing systems
- Administers and maintain confidential information and records including employee files
- Completing necessary reports for site management
- Managing other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Completion of high school
- minimum one year of office experience
- minimum three years of experience using Microsoft Office products at a high level of proficiency
- excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
