Are you an experienced Automotive Parts Manager looking for your next big opportunity with a growing performancedriven dealership
A brandnew CDJR or domestic brand dealership in Houston TX is now hiring a highly skilled Parts Manager to lead our parts department. We re looking for a motivated organized and customerfocused leader with a strong background in managing parts operations in a highvolume domestic dealership environment.
What You ll Do:
Oversee all daily operations of the parts department (wholesale and retail)
Manage inventory control parts ordering and returns
Supervise and lead a team of parts counterpersons and delivery drivers
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (internal and external)
Collaborate with service and collision departments to ensure timely parts flow
Implement systems to reduce obsolescence and improve gross profit
Maintain compliance with all OEM and manufacturer parts guidelines
Requirements:
3 5 years of Parts Manager experience in a CDJR or domestic brand dealership
Strong knowledge of Mopar GM or Ford OEM parts systems
Proven experience managing parts inventory staff and vendor relations
Familiarity with CDK Reynolds & Reynolds or Dealertrack systems preferred
Strong leadership communication and process management skills
