Orthopaedic Consultant Specialist/Senior Specialist
Are you an experienced Consultant/Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon looking for a rewarding career move in one of Queensland s most picturesque coastal regions? We re seeking a passionate and dedicated specialist to join a collaborative team at a busy regional referral hospital with outstanding support and infrastructure.
Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time
Total Remuneration up to $528,464 p.a.
The role supports elective and trauma orthopaedic services within a collaborative environment alongside a team of specialists, registrars, and junior medical staff. There are also opportunities to contribute to teaching, research, and service development.

The Hospital
- 354-bed Level 2 Referral Hospital
- 24/7 cardiac intervention, trauma services, and advanced specialties on-site
- Formal university affiliations
- Diverse clinical case mix ideal for education and professional growth
- Hold FRACS (Orthopaedics) or equivalent specialist qualification
- Be eligible for registration with AHPRA as a Specialist or Senior Medical Officer
- Demonstrate excellence in orthopaedic surgery, teaching, and teamwork
- Be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a regional setting
