Orthopaedics Senior Theatre Practitioner (RGN/ODP)
York Hospital Nursing Permanent Full Time
Up to 42500 per annum dependent on experience
37.5 hours per week

As a Senior Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our York Hospital youre registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience including HCPC registration. You bring a passion for high standards in perioperative care a meticulous eye for detail and post-registration experience. Youre a focused flexible and motivated team worker.
As a Orthopaedic Senior Theatre Practitioner you will:
Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring
Recognise talent and nurture junior colleagues mentoring them to be the best they can be
Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patients needs
Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care
Provide day-to-day supervision including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students
Contribute to scheduling and rotas recruitment induction performance reviews and training
