Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the project management team to oversee project timelines deliverables and ensure efficient execution of projects. This role is crucial to maintaining the flow of information and coordination between departments to meet project goals.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the daytoday tasks of multiple projects.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate uptodate and accessible.
Communicate project progress and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Track project risks and issues working with the team to resolve them.
Assist in resource planning and allocation for project teams.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Project Management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
