We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events hosted by Captura Hall. This position plays a key role in coordinating logistics managing vendor relations and ensuring all aspects of each event run smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized adaptable and passionate about event coordination.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of events from concept to completion
Support the Events Manager in logistics scheduling and onsite setup
Communicate with vendors suppliers and venues to secure services and materials
Manage event materials supplies and inventory
Assist with guest registration and manage inquiries pre and postevent
Ensure all events meet company standards and client expectations
Provide onsite support during events including setup and breakdown
Maintain detailed event records and assist with postevent evaluations
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Communications or related field preferred
12 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support (internships included)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when necessary
Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
