Bela Brand Bat is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Columbus OH. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers providing prompt and effective assistance while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal ticketing systems
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints determining the cause and finding effective solutions
Process orders forms applications and requests
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer requests
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate guidance
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Proven experience in a customer service or support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
