Job Description

To take demand from Personal Prestige and Private Banking clients for banking matters ranging from product questions to client account activities (e.g. opening of relevant accounts statements debit order information etc.) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a oneanddone manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience product and legislative (e.g. FAIS) requirements.


Qualifications :

Minimum Qualification:

  • NQF Level 5 (FAIS aligned)


Experience Required:

  • Client Coverage
  • Personal and Private Banking
  • 34 years sales experience.  
  • Experience in branch banking or contact centre environment with good understanding of bank processes policies and products.
