Job Description

Get to Know the Role 
As an Assistant Manager in Strategic Partnerships and Business Development at Grab Singapore youll lead the creation and nurturing of partnerships to drive growth and profitability.

Your responsibilities include managing the full partner development cycle from identifying opportunities to executing deals across various business lines like Transport GrabFood Omnicommerce GrabExpress GrabMart and GrabFinancial.

Youll regularly engage with senior executives and corporate partners influencing highlevel decisions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

This role will report onsite at Singapore Grab office and will report into the Manager of BD & Strategic Partnerships. 

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Shape and Drive Opportunities: Identify and define key partnership opportunities across Grabs ecosystem. Lead in strategizing structuring and executing highimpact partnerships.
  • Create WinWin Partnerships: Collaborate with potential partners to pitch ideal collaboration opportunities ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes across Grabs portfolio.
  • CoCreate Business Plans: Work with partners to develop and align business development roadmaps with Grabs strategic goals.
  • Lead Projects from Start to Finish: Take ownership from negotiation through to execution managing all aspects including deal closure project management and delivery.
  • Nurture SeniorLevel Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with decisionmakers within Grab and partner organizations ensuring longterm successful collaborations.
  • Drive Business Reviews: Regularly update Grabs senior leadership on project progress highlighting successes challenges and proposed solutions.

 


Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Experience & Education: University degree with 6 years in Strategic Partnerships Business Development or Client/Project Management.
  • Business Savvy: Acute business acumen with strong negotiation stakeholder management and opportunityhunting skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess and articulate how partnerships can drive value for both Grab and our partners.
  • HandsOn & Proactive: Ready to dive in and take ownership of projects.
  • Executive Management: Engaging senior leaders and stakeholders clearly and with confidence.
  • Excel & Business Modelling: Data analysis to make informed decisions.
  • PowerPoint Expertise: Experienced in creating impactful presentations from pitch decks to business reviews for senior management
