Job Description
- Managing projects and teams related to the energy transition in Romania including the development of renewable energy sources P2X energy efficiency and energy storage solutions.
- Identifying new clients partners and opportunities.
- Collaborating with clients stakeholders and internal teams to develop sustainable and innovative solutions that support the energy transition and help close the gap between the current state and the desired future state of sustainable development.
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Contribution to Strategies Energy Audits Conceptual Studies Prefeasibility Studies Feasibility Studies and other types of deliverables as required by clients.
- Identifying and managing risks and opportunities associated with projects and ensuring that appropriate mitigation measures are in place.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients stakeholders and internal teams on energy transition related issues.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients stakeholders and industry partners.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in the energy sector.
- Solid experience in hydro/ thermal / renewable energy projects
- Knowledge of energy transitionrelated technologies and policies.
- Strong communication leadership negotiation and team management skills.
- Decisionmaking capability.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and negotiation with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Certificate project manager
Fluent in English.
