Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest services ensuring the highest level of hospitality and discretion
- Assist with reservations (restaurants transfers experiences spa etc.)
- Share local knowledge and insider tips to enhance the guest experience
- Coordinate with all departments to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Handle special requests and VIP arrangements with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain an uptodate knowledge of island events venues and attractions
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Concierge or in luxury guest relations preferably in a 5star hotel or resort
Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
Excellent communication problemsolving and multitasking skills
Wellgroomed discreet and with a natural passion for hospitality
Strong knowledge of Capri and surrounding areas is highly preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
