Job Description

Your mission;

  • Drive sales volumes across your region while providing valuable insights to ELGA HQ on market trends and product needs.
  • Develop tailored plans for each business unit to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on key accounts ensuring you hit your quarterly and annual financial goals.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and product management teams to set ambitious growth targets and execute impactful strategies.

What you will do;

  • Engage effectively with clients at all levels showcasing your ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • Prepare compelling business proposals and draft sales plans and contracts in collaboration with your ELGA colleagues.
  • Lead regular meetings with existing customers to strengthen partnerships and ensure lasting business success.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring their strategies and identifying new business growth opportunities.

Qualifications :

Your Skills;

  • Strong technical knowledge of pure water principles and the ELGA product range.

  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and technical competence.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

  • Familiarity with CRM software or similar platforms.

  • Businessconscious and commercially astute.

  • Fluent in English with additional European languages being a plus.
