Job Description
The purpose of this role is to be the custodian of the multi-brand passenger car workshop chain by Bosch viz. Bosch Car Service. Below are the key performance indicators:
- Responsible for network expansion of Bosch car service in assigned territory
- Responsible for Bosch Parts consumption at workshop level
- Responsible for deployment and adoption of digital eco system at workshop level eg. WSMS(DMS)MY BCS MyStore etc.
- Deployment of Service Development Policy and drive Key initiatives
- Workshop Quality standard to be maintained with help of SQA &SQT Audit assessment
- Initiate and Implement Campaign to increase customer footfall and Bosch parts consumption
- Consult workshop franchisee partners on improvising on key business KPIs and workshop processes
Qualifications :
B.E / from reputed institute
MBA in sales and marketing (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile industry
Experience in dealer development passenger car service business is desirable
