Job Description
Join our team and youll make sure that data is at the heart of every decision we take regarding our marketing channels job initiatives and marketplace growth.
Working in the Marketing Analytics department you will work closely with our Marketing Analytics and Marketplace Management teams to further strengthen and develop our marketplace.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct data analyses to measure the impact of our marketing and job posting activities in our marketplaces
- Coordinate and conduct analytical deepdives on cross channel and department performance together with your fellow analysts within the Marketing Analytics department
- Summarize technical topics into concise performance overviews and provide actionable insights and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders
- Construct maintain and refine data products and setup (automated) data pipelines
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing Brand Data Engineering Data Science and various other Analytics teams to prepare databased decisionmaking
Qualifications :
- You possess relevant professional experience in an analytical role ideally in a digital business consultancy media or market research
- You hold a relevant degree in Economics Statistics Mathematics Marketing or any related discipline
- You have coding experience in Python/R and SQL and you are keen on learning more
- You have experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to identify and solve complex analytical challenges and to communicate them with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- You are fluent in English German is a plus
