How youll make a difference
- Active participation in business and strategic planning activities
- Lead the delivery of projects and the development of leadingedge technical skills
- Mentor team members in their development facilitate opportunities that build competency and assisting with professional accreditation where appropriate.
- Undertake design management roles for multidisciplinary projects

- HV substation design experience including IEC61850 configuration
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex multidiscipline projects
- Mentoring team members in their development facilitating opportunities that build competency
- Optimism for whats possible with the ability to lead through ambiguity
