About the role:
Are you a skilled(Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d)passionate about finding talent forcorporate and office functions. Join our team and take ownership of hiring for a variety of roles in these areas contributing directly to the growth of Europes leading epharmacy. This position offers a hybrid work setup with our Headquarter office near Venlo in the Netherlands being your main office location.
In this role youll leadendtoend recruiting from candidate selectionsourcingon LinkedIn or other relevant platforms to interviewing managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating on impactful recruiting projects. Your expertise in datadriven recruiting will be essential for refining and enhancing our hiring processes.
About your tasks:
- Conductfullcycle recruitmentfor roles in departments including but not limited tooffice functions such as finance HR legal sustainability or facility management ensuring top talent aligns with our companys needs.
- Activelysource candidateson platforms likeLinkedIn building a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Use recruiting data toanalyzeand refine our hiring strategies identifying areas for improvement.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements coach them on interview best practicesand work together to offer optimal candidate experience.
Qualifications :
About you:
- Several years of experiencein recruiting across different departments with a focus on corporate or office functions.
- Deep understanding of recruiting for corporate functions on the Dutch market. Additional knowledge of crossborder (GermanyNetherlands) recruiting practices; French Belgian or Italian market knowledge is a plus.
- Background in recruiting forecommercefirms or experience with fastpaced companies is a big plus.
- Strong knowledge ofendtoend recruiting including LinkedIn sourcing interviewing techniques stakeholder management and using data to drive recruitment.
- Youre enthusiastic about taking onadditional projectsto make the recruiting process even better.
- Business fluency in English and in Dutch is required. German skills are a plus.
