About the Program:
Informa Markets Asia offers a Graduate Trainee Programme that jumpstarts your career in event industry. Gain handson experience and contribute to highprofile B2B global exhibitions and conferences. Work closely with professionals develop event marketing skills and gain valuable insights.
Your Journey:
Receive structured guidance and support from mentors. Undergo a 1year program with rotations in different areas included but not limit to:
Marketing:
- Assist in the development and execution of various event marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging marketing collateral (e.g. brochures website content social media posts).
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide datadriven recommendations for improvement.
- Engaged in Customer Relationship Management.
Sales:
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets towards business goals
- Generate leads through various channels.
- Prepare compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Assist in building and maintaining client relationships in a professional manner.
Event Operations:
- Contribute to logistics planning and execution for events.
- Provide onsite support during events ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist with event management tasks including vendor coordination and attendee registration.
Qualifications :
Who are we looking for
- Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in Marketing Journalism Media CRM Event Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Passionate about the event industry with a strong desire to build a career in event marketing management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams clients and external stakeholders.
- Digital savvy and creative with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g. social media advertising email marketing content marketing).
- Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite video editing eDM design and social media platforms management.
- Excellent in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is a must.
