Under the direction of Manager IT Administrative Operations the Administrative Analyst II will perform both administrative and project management activities for Information Services Keck Medicine of USC. These duties will include management of projects of varying degrees of complexity core office functions executive support where assigned and secure handling of sensitive human resource and other financial documentation. The role also calls for intermediate analytical skills as well as ability to lead and train other administrative staff. Incumbent will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and updating shared databases. Incumbent will also monitor the invoicing of external departments for Information Technology services as well track central IT administration budget expenses. Incumbent will participate and coordinate IT administrative policies and procedures and track compliance among all IT staff.
