The Teaching Institution Manager is a fieldbased role responsible for managing strategic relationships and opportunities with Orthopedic residency and fellowship programs in a defined geographic territory. This includes executing strategic programming inclusive of marketing and education programs with healthcare professionals to drive awareness to Stryker products and services with an acute focus on PGY1PGY5 Orthopedic Residents and Joint Replacement Fellows. The Teaching Institution Manager will partner with crossfunctional teams including Sales Marketing and Medical Education to develop a customized strategy that bridges customer needs and the commercial strategy of the Joint Replacementdivision. They will lead customer relationship management responsibilities with residents and fellows and execute handoffs in partnership with the Sales organization. In addition the Teaching Institution Manager will be responsible for maintaining account profiles and tracking commercial performance customer engagement and education activities.
*This role covers the Western region of the U.S. While remote we prefer candidates to reside within the Western region for proximity to customers and ease of travel.
