Procurement Analyst (SM Systems & Processes) Access Provisioning

Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a MidLevel Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mesa Arizona Bellevue Everett and Kent Washington Berkeley and Hazelwood Missouri Huntsville Alabama Long Beach and Seal Beach California.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Defines designs plans and deploys internal/external projects
  • Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
  • Extracts analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performancetoplan
  • Develops documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals
  • Supports the development and implementation of strategies
  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows
  • Distributes updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis
  • Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders
  • Develops risk mitigation plan

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a MidLevel Access Management Analyst to support GSC&I Identify and access management responsibilities. This role will be responsible for implementing maintaining and enhancing access management policies procedures and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing user access provisioning and deprovisioning accounts troubleshooting access issues and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user identity lifecycle processes including provisioning deprovisioning rolebased access control (RBAC) and least privilege enforcement.
  • Administer access to Enterprise GSC&I systems applications and data platforms following security policies and compliance standards.
  • Support audits and compliance initiatives ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX).
  • Collaborate with IT computing security infrastructure and business teams to optimize identity governance and access control processes.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot accessrelated issues providing timely resolution to support business operations.
  • Develop and maintain access management documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews to verify that users have appropriate levels of access and take corrective actions as needed.

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring teams discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
  • More than 3 years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
  • More than 1 year of experience working across multiple business units and interfacing with key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Strong analytical skills to manage largescale user validation efforts and resolve issues.
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills for crossfunctional collaboration.
  • More than 3 years of experience supporting internal customers
  • More than 3 years of experience supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 6 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 15% of the time.
